MET IIB: Asset management

Manufacturing organisations are often comprised of a large number of physical assets, from production machinery to information systems. These assets must be managed to ensure the long term smooth running of the operation. Effective asset management demands timely information. This module aims to provide an overview of the key issues in managing assets strategically.
